1. Return & Exchange Window

You can initiate a Return or Exchange request within 10 days from the date of delivery.

2. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A Logistics Fee of ₹100 will be deducted per return request to cover reverse shipping and handling costs.
  • COD orders are refundable as Store Credits, which can be directly used at checkout on Pronk.in.
  • Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the ₹100 Logistics Fee.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product changes within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
  • A Logistics Fee of ₹100 will apply per exchange request to cover pickup and reshipping charges.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

4. Defective or Wrong Items (Warranty Covered)

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, it will be exchanged or refunded without any deduction.

5. Quality Inspection Terms

  • Returned items must pass quality checks to qualify for refund or exchange.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or items without original tags/packaging will be sent back to the customer, and no refund/exchange will be processed.
  • Products such as innerwear/boxers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?

  2. Or email support@pronk.in with your Order Number and request.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process within 24-48 hours.
  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable; if not, you may be asked to self-ship.
  5. Refund or exchange will be processed after product inspection.

7. Pickup & Shipping Terms

  • Reverse pickup is arranged on eligible pincodes.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers are required to self-ship the item(s).

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery under the Return Policy.
