Pre Sales Questions

• First of all you need to either login to your existing TeesHut account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.

• Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference. Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button

• After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

• Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. You will also receive intimation through Message on your registered mobile number.

• You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive and we shall do the remainder!

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). We make sure that we keep you updated to the estimated date of your delivery.

Pronk provides free shipping on all orders. Only COD charge of ₹69/- is charged in case of Cash On Delivery(COD) Orders.

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product (prepaid orders only) and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as balance to your Pronk account wallet which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Post Order Questions

• Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. You will also receive intimation through Message on your registered mobile number.

• You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive and we shall do the remainder!

• For this you need to login into your account from which the order has been placed. The icon for login is placed on the top right corner of the home page.

• Click on your orders, where you can click on track orders to find the current status of your order.

• Apart from this when your order is successfully placed with us you will receive an order confirmation message. Our team will keep you duly updated whenever your product is shipped so as to keep you informed about product status even in case of shipment delays or any other unforeseen delay.

• If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at support@teeshut.in, we will see what we can do to help.

• Initially we advise you to check your bank account again to ensure that the requisite money has been debited or not.

• In case of a payment failure (money not received in our account), the money is normally credited back to the account within 10 business days.

• If you have any other issues relating to the payments you can reach us at support@teeshut.in or call our helpline to sort things out.

• We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live.

• All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition

Return/Exchange/Cancellation

• Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.

• Exchange is only applicable for size change.

• Once the order gets delivered you can place refund/return request by clicking on the Create return/exchange link on website. Else you can contact us on 7743006540 or email us at support@pronk.in.

As we rely on trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. for exchange/return. Our delivery partners charge us for both the reverse pickup from your location and the additional delivery charges for sending the new product back to you.

To streamline this process and make it convenient for you, we are not charging anything from the customers

Our team will initiate the reverse pickup and send you the new product promptly.

• In case of return once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back in form of Store Credits / Original Payment method . Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. Refund of COD orders will be done in form of Store Credits only which customer can use to purchase any product from Pronk.in

• Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the support team. If you have received a defective product, send us images asap at support@pronk.in and we will get back to you.

• If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on support@pronk.in.

• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

• Any additional charges like Gift wrapping, COD charges, Additional shipping charges, will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

• To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on boxers and Special edition t-shirts, Vest, Tank Top, Boxers. We may also refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

  • Non shipped orders can be cancelled by clicking on chat button on our website or by contacting us directly via email support@pronk.in or call/whatsapp 7743006540. However, we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
  • We don't deduct any amount for cancellation if product hasn't been shipped and it will be credited back to original payment method.
